Safety is our first priority.

When considering a partnership with a drilling and pump company, reviewing their historical safety record is essential. As we move into the first quarter of 2025, National Water Services, LLC maintains a strong safety record.

Safe Work Methods
By establishing clear expectations, proper planning, and continuous communication, we aim to eliminate safety hazards and prevent damage, injury, or loss on our projects. Management, along with safety professionals, conducts readiness review meetings where project plans are discussed and adjustments are made as needed. Crew input is vital for developing effective work plans.

We monitor our Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR), which measures an organization’s safety performance. This metric reflects the number of fatalities, lost time injuries, substitute work cases, and injuries requiring medical treatment per million hours worked. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the average TRIR across all industries, including state and local government, is 3.0 cases per 100 full-time equivalent workers over the past three years. National Water Services has achieved a TRIR of 0.

Safety & Validation Training
Safety training is essential for creating a work environment where incidents are minimized, ensuring that “Nobody Gets Hurt.” NWS training starts with a job-specific orientation process that is developed and implemented with input from skilled workers. This orientation is mandatory for all new employees. Before the project begins, the management team identifies any specific training areas that need attention. All supervisors who conduct orientation training must first complete a training program designed to help them effectively communicate the necessary information to new hires. Our training and certification programs range from basic OSHA training to more advanced courses, including Arc Flash and Crane Training Certifications.
